When you complete forms on our Site—such as Ticket Alerts, Exhibitor Application, Sponsor Interest, Volunteer Interest, or Contact—we collect the information you submit (e.g., name, email, phone, organization, role preferences, messages, and other fields specific to each form).

Marketing preferences. If you opt in, we record your consent to receive festival updates or sponsorship communications.

We use Gravity Forms to collect form submissions. Depending on the form and your selections, submissions may be routed to internal email addresses for review and to third-party services that help us manage communications and operations (for example, Mailchimp for email; calendar/scheduling tools; and, if applicable later, vendor onboarding platforms). These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools to understand traffic and measure campaigns. These services may set cookies or read device identifiers to provide aggregated reports. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function without them.
