Key Requirements
• Prepare a minimum of 1,400 tasting portions
• Serve pre-prepared or hold-safe tasting portions. Cooking allowed on site.
• Maintain a clean, professional presentation area
• Comply with all DOH and city vendor guidelines
• Provide proof of liability insurance prior to the event
• Final space and logistics are assigned by the festival team
What You Can Expect
• Exposure to more than 2,000 guests from across the Space Coast
• Sysco customer benefit: Eligible restaurants receive a $300 stipend toward event ingredients
• Social spotlight exposure featuring your restaurant and chef
• Recognition on event signage, website, and festival materials
• Each restaurant exhibitor will be provided with a tent, table, and chairs on-site.
• Professional photography coverage throughout the event
